Serbia - Supervising Engineer for the Supply and Installation Project "Electrical Equipment for the Reaction in Emergency Situations" in the Republic of Serbia
The purpose of this supervision contract is to provide EPS (Elektroprivreda Srbije) with the necessary assistance in the coordination, supervision, and project and site management of three supply contracts.
The technical equipment to be installed under the project includes the following:
- a mobile transformer substation 110/35 kV, 20 MVA (Lot 1)
- three mobile transformer substations 35/10 kV, 8 MVA (Lot 2)
- a remote monitoring and control system for the MV distribution grid in the area of Elektrosrbija Kraljevo (Lot 3).

- Assistance in the preparation of implementation plans and time schedules
- Participation in factory acceptance tests (FATs)
- Assistance in supervising and monitoring construction, commissioning and testing of equipment
- Assistance in project and site management issues, in progress assessment and verification
- Establishment and assistance in QA/QC procedures through witnessing and certification of acceptance testing at site and at the workshops
- Checking and approval of Contractors' payment requests and supporting documents
- Participation in provisional and final acceptance of deliveries and installation
- Preparation of provisional and final acceptance certificates on behalf of the contracting authorities
- Assistance during the defects liability period.

Serbia - Čibuk 1 Wind Farm Project
Vetroelecktrane is developing and executing, together with their major shareholders Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company-Masdar and Continental Wind Partners (CWP), a wind farm consisting of 57 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 110m hub height and 2.8 MW rated power, 86 km 35 kV cables, main transformer station (35 kV/400 kV; 2x 90 MVA), 11 km double circuit 400 kV OHL and corresponding infrastructure. The consultant has been appointed by the client to manage the project as owner's engineer, providing Project Management Consulting Services (PMC) and site supervision services (including design review, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning, start-up and testing) as well as technical advice and support during negotiations with third parties. The scope includes the following work packages:
- Work Package 2a: Engineering Services
- Work Package 2b: Construction Management and Site Supervision
- EDMS: Electronic Document Management Services

- Provide technical assistance to the client with any local authorities or other stakeholders.
- Review the design and engineering works carried out by the EPC contractor
- Contribute to the risk assessment (RA)
- Constructability review with the EPC contractors and other stakeholders
- EPC and project documentation review
- Performance of project controls (quality, cost and schedule, document, reporting, testing, factory inspection, health & safety, environmental, site inspection)
- Review of the contractor´s plan for site management and site supervision
- Performance of all health and safety activities prescribed by the Serbian law
- Provide assistance with maintaining compliance with EBRD and IFC requirements
- Supervision of all activities in relation to the connection to the utility network and services performed in relation to the Environmental Management Plan
